Does being ill stop pregnancy symptoms?

I've woken up today feeling ill rather than pregnant. I feel hot and cold, achy and generally not right. I've also realised I don't feel nausea as I usually do when I wake up and by boobs don't hurt and aren't as full as yesterday.
I'm so so scared. I'm 9+4 and had a miscarriage in September at 10+2 where all my symptoms stopped at 9 weeks which is when the dr estimated it had gone wrong.
DH has suggested that I'm only getting one set of symptoms at a time and that I'll be back to feeling pregnant as soon as I don't feel ill but tbh I think he's just saying what he thinks will calm me down.
Has anyone else experienced this? And was it all ok?
Sorry if I'm a bit rambly, this has just brought it all back with a bump.

When I had a cold early in my pregnancy I didn't feel sick anymore as a lot of my sickness was triggered by smells, and if you're ill you feel tired and out if sorts similar to how you do in pregnancy anyway. My sickness soon returned with a vengeance! Try not to worry.

I had the same this week... I panicked because I didn't feel as 'pregnant', just ill. It turns out I have a throat infection so I'm hoping my body was just focusing on being ill and distracting me from the other symptoms!

Get to the EPU or speak to GP on the phone. Nothing will make you feel better than reassurance.

You'll spend all day on google and going over your previous pregnancy (very sorry to hear about this) getting stressed.

Lots of rest too. Xx x

P.s. I'm sure it's just illness. But you sound distressed and you'll not get the proper rest you need worrying. Xxx

Symptoms will change anyway. I don't think they mean anything. I've had hardly any but am definitely pregnant.

Thanks for the advice.
My epu is by referral so spoke to mw who didn't sound like she was really listening but just said they wouldn't refer except for pain or bleeding and suggested arranging a private scan. She wouldn't even give me any help about what to do if i do start bleeding just a vague 'go to a and e if you're worried'. Given the circumstances last time (extreme bleeding admitted overnight and prepped for surgery) I was hoping she would at least help me to plan for the worst.
I've booked a scan but not until a week on Friday so just have to hang on til then and hope nothing happens in the meantime.
