Chewable pregnancy vitamins?

Hi all,
I got my BFP today Grin and wanted to start taking a pregnancy Vitamin as I'm also breastfeeding a 19 month old & had a recent MC & think my body needs all the help it can get.

The problem is I can't swallow tablets - never have been able to. I used to have to crunch my contraceptive pill that's how bad I am.
I bought seven seas tablets today as I havnt tried to take anything for a while & thought I may be over it but it hasn't happened.

Anyway my question is does anyone know of a pregnancy vitamin you can chew or a liquid?

Thank you xxx

Congratulations on your pregnancy!! I have looked everywhere to find chewable prenatal Vitamins or drops but they dont appear to exit. After comparing all vitamins in the market I can say that the smallest you will find out there is, as peapod said, the sevenseas, next smallest is the sanatogen. Largest is the pregnacare! if you really cant do the sevenseas then there is also another option which recently came out. Holland and barret make a prenatal vitamin mouth spray called dlux pregnancy that tastes likes mint! The only drawback is that it only comtains vitamins B1, B6, D, and folic acid so not as many things as the others. However if you cant take anything else that would your next best choice. I am currently taking the sevenseas and topping up my VitaminD with the dlux just vitaminD spray, hope this helps!

They have gummy pregnancy vitamins in the US. You may be able to buy them on Amazon and have them shipped over, but who knows how much the shipping would be.

Justhayley, I had to do a double take when I read your post.. For a minute I thought I'd posted it and forgotten, because you're exactly like me!! Ive been crunching up the seven seas tablets in a pestle and mortar... Its disgusting!

I might look into that mouth spray and the american gummies. You would have thought with the way morning sickness is, people would produce something easy to take?!
