Can I be pregnant and incredibly sexually active still?

Hormones are sending me into a sexual frenzy, which is all well and good! However when we're quite finished getting busy within the sheets almost every night is my baby okay? I know people say being pregnant shouldn't put an end to any sex life you and your partner once had (that'll soon diminish once the baby arrives - aloha sleepless nights) but I've been getting cramps after and it's making me worry. We love each other and I do agree, sex isn't everything but how else do we have our beautiful babies and release those feel good endorphin's?? Bit of sexual advice from the more experienced mummies as this is my first or any other sexual predators like myself - lol!!!!

there's no reason why your baby wouldn't be ok.

if you're getting cramps then maybe speak to your midwife or have some non-PIV sex for a change now and then

Had some six times last weekend (18.5 weeks on baby number 3). Nae shagging through no.1 (didn't like it), lots and lots with baby no. 2.

Positions get more fun throughout the months.

Could the cramps actually be Braxton Hicks? I often get those afterwards.

I'm only like 13 weeks, is it not too early for BH?? Haha lol at the horse comment! I heard about my uterus contracting etc but I just really really love sex and so long as the baby isn't harmed I'm not gonna let the pains stop me!! Should the pains get worse though it'll have to be blow jobs for him (sorry darling). I'd HATE to go off sex, so glad it went the other way for me!!! Just know that once I have our baby I'll be pregnant again before I can even make my way down to the doctors for any form of contraception. Do feel like a very lucky lady, was soooo worried about my boyfriend going off me but he seems to be more turned on, we pregnant ladies got it going onnnnn ;-) #GoUs!!

Hi MummyBecky 13 weeks not too early for BH

Much to my (embarrassed) surprise we had BH going on at my 12 week scan... Like a wave bumping baby around.

In the excitement of day off for a scan and a lie in DH and I DTD the morning of the scan... Then got to see the effects an hour or so later!!

I had some spotting at 5.5 weeks after DTD but both MW and Dr said "don't worry@" and thankfully no more since. My biggest issue with sex is I can now feel the "bump" between us, but doesn't bother DH at all.
