Hi guys,
Whilst pregnant with my little boy I got a hernia late in the pregnancy. It hasn't caused me much hassle but now I am pregnant again (16 weeks) it is really hurting me. It is only small but aches and causes lots of pain when I strain. It's only small and just above my belly button but as I say, hurts!! My midwife has referred me to physio to get a bump support but is there anything else I can do?!
