Is something wrong?? I just don't feel pregnant!!

I am now 14 weeks and 6 days and I just don't feel pregnant. I know I am because my stomach seems to have doubled in size over the last two weeks but I don't 'feel' pregnant.
Other than the big stomach I have no other symptoms. It's worrying me a bit as I was so ill in the first trimester so it has made me worry that something is wrong because I no longer feel pregnant!!
I can't shake the feeling that something is wrong and I am an emotional mess because of it.
Anyone else felt like this or am I going crazy??

Also meant to say I have had a lot of discharge (sorry for tmi) which has had brownish spots in it and I am having to wear panty liners all the time.
I am just worried whether I should go back to my docs. I went about a week ago and she said to see how it goes and if no better or have concerns go back x

I assume you've had a scan? Some people don't get any symptoms, not necessarily a bad thing.

Have you not had a scan by now?

Sorry, didn't read properly. Is normal for 1st trimester symptoms to tail off after 13/14w when placenta takes over. The second trimester is the best bit! Do keep talking to your MW about the spotting though if it continues and is concerning you.

I had a scan at twelve weeks and was ok but only been feeling like this the last couple of weeks and worried that something has gone wrong.
Am I just going crazy??? X

Thanks I'll give it a few more days and if it continues I think I'll give them another call as I am getting worried x

Enjoy it while it lasts! This is the 'blooming' bit smile

Extra discharge is normal btw, keep an eye on the brown discharge, if it continues or gets worse, go back to docs.

If you are having spotting, even though it probably means nothing, I would ask for a scan to reassure you.
The second trimester can feel like there's not a lot going on, because symptoms like sickness may disappear.
I would try not to worry but see your GP or mw smile

It sounds like things are happening as they should! The placenta has taken over the hard work now, so you don't feel the same level of strain on your body. I had various bits of spotting until about 15/16 weeks and am now 29 weeks and all well.

Of course speak to your midwife or GP if concerned about anything but it all sounds like it's going swimmingly.

I am 15 weeks today and feel exactly the same as this. I didn't have many symptoms to begin with, but everything (apart from the attractive bloating) has gone. Think it's very normal to feel like this at this stage. I don't even have a bump!

Thanks everyone. I guess I'm just worrying over nothing. Xx
