14 weeks tomorrow and severe pain in stomach...I am so scared

Hi
I am 14 weeks tomora and for the last couple of hours I have been having severe pains in my stomach. They feel like really bad period pains!! There is no bleeding but I have had a lot of watery discharge (sorry if tmi)
I have rang the midwife and she said to call back if it gets worse if not ring the clinic first thing in the morning and see if they will see me.
But I am so scared because the pain is getting worse. Does anyone have any experience of this or know what it could be??
Any advice would be great x

If you've in so much pain, can you go to a&e? Or ring 111 or OOH?

I rang the maternity ward and they said because I'm not bleeding to just stay home and try and relax until morning as they won't do anything til then anyway. Unless I start bleeding then I have to ring them back x

I was going to say the same as angus about trapped wind. I got it with both pregnancies and the pain can be horrendous until you actually, ahem, "let loose".
It used to get so bad that I was labour for half a day and thought it was indigestion, and fully dilated by the time I realised I was actually giving birth. In my defense, I was 3 weeks early, lol.
As longs as you don't bleed I think you'll be fine :)

Thanks everyone. I am hoping u are right and it is just wind but the discharge is worrying me as well as that would mean its something else. And it only started when the pain started.
Sorry in advance for tmi but actually feel like I've wet myself there is that much fluid. I have put a towel on because its so uncomfortable but it is clear and no blood in it so that has to be a good sign. Right?? X

If not wind I wondered if a UTI as that made me have awful pains and lots of discharge. Having said that, if a towel gets properly wet I'd ring back and tell them in case your waters are leaking.

I'd call them back too, or go to a&e if you are worried. It must be scary and I have no real advice apart from I got period like cramps throughout both my pregnancies!!

it can be waters, my sil started leaking at 32 weeks and they kept her in till 37 weeks when she gave birth, i thought once waters were gone they were gone and your baby is coming but its not true your baby keeps making them.
