so at my last MW visit i asked to be weighed. no idea why i wanted to no normaly i stay well away from scales. away i stood on the scale of DOOOM and ive only put on 8lbs and im 34 weeks!! with ds id put on 2stone by this point.
MW didnt say anything and just scribbled something in my notes witch obvs i cant read!!

so is this good or should i be worried? dc is bang on dates but seems strange to me.

First I put on 4st by 42wks.
Second I put on 3ibs full term

He was born weighing 9ib and fully fine, if midwife isn't concerned then I wouldn't worry x

I'm up 30lbs at 32 weeks, but I started off skinny. Call the midwife and ask what the notes mean if you're worried? I'm sure it's fine Smile

I think it also depends on what your starting weight was as to how much you end up putting on. I have put on a stone so far at 28 weeks. I was 8 stone 2 pounds when I got pregnant and am 5'2.

I was still the same at 19 weeks but think I must have lost some from the nausea, no idea what I weigh now am going to ask at next app.

Totally depends on how much you weighed before you we're pregnant.

I don't know how I've done it but I have managed not to weigh myself throughout the whole of my pregnancy. The MW only weighed me once at first appointment and I they haven't bothers checking since. Baby is all normal in measurement and perfectly healthy etc and due in 3weeks. If the docs or MW aren't worried or concerned, I wouldnt be X
