Diarrhoea at 37+3, could it be a sign of labour?

Hi,

I'm normally constipated so its quite bizzare for me to have diarrhoea. Food wise I didn't have anything different except started having Raspberry Leaf tea twice a day two days ago.

Could the diarrhoea be a sign of labour starting soon? So excited if it is!!! grin

No - I've had a runny tummy for three weeks now, from 36 weeks in fact. Am now 39 and having an ELCS tomorrow. I think it's baby pressing on bowels. Saying that you could be different...

Perhaps, but don't hold your breath!

I'm 37+1 and woke myself up this morning by running to the bathroom and vomiting! I wondered wether it could be the start of things, but i really don't feel like i'm going to be going into labour any time soon... doh!

Nothing happened or has happened yet. Maybe it was just wishful thinking wink
