Pregnancy associated diarrhoea - anyone suffer from this?

I went for a meal out last night which I'm now regretting as it appears to have given me the runs.
I've checked the NHS site and I can't take immodium, then found a useful bit on Immodium's site about diarrhoea in pregnancy. It's kind of terrified me though, pretty much as soon as I hit the 12 week mark my stomach has been playing up with heartburn and an upset digestive system and now I've read about pregnancy associated diarrhoea. Did anyone get this?
I'm worrying because we're going to France on holiday in a month and I've really regretted my last couple of meals out.
TIA

I've had it instead of morning sickness, although now I'm 10+3 it's getting a bit better. It's been totally unrelated to what I've eaten, but vastly better than MS.

Hope yours gets better soon!

I have it too, I'm 12 weeks and it started about 6 weeks. Mine is kind of food related can't handle anything with too much flavour which is annoying and also over the past week anything sweet has sitting on the loo for ages. So no chocolate or cake for me.

Just make sure you keep your fluids up as you can get dehydrated, and I hope it gets better as you head towards the 2nd trimester

I'm still getting it at 29 weeks, sorry! It's not all the time but 70-80% of the time and awful cramps. I had morning sickness until about 11 weeks which seemed to transform into this. You get used to it, promise! I think its just hormones and everything getting pushed on as well, and it does go away pretty much instantly (this is dc2) and is replaced with constipation brought on by poo fear and Breastfeeding :)

Thanks for the replies, sorry to hear you've both suffered with it too. Here's hoping it passes soon...
