I am 33 weeks pregnant and feeling pretty rubbish.

Some background - lots of problems early pregnancy with bleeding and hospital stays, some further bleeding and a hospital stay recently. Was so scared in the beginning that I had miscarried so don't get me wrong I can't wait for my baby. I am just finding pregnancy hard.

Been quite stressful throughout not wanting to get too excited in case things went wrong, now the end is in sight and I'm so happy about that, but im in so much pain hmm

My sides, my back, my hips, you none it it's aching and feeling sick more often in the last week too which I think is because of the baby squashing everything. This is also my first baby so everything new to me.

So please, someone tell me it will get better or it's at least worth it in the end! confused

It might not get better until after your baby is born but it will be worth it smile The baby might also move position, which could make things less squashed.

Things I found that helped were:

- going swimming. I went every day when I was on maternity leave before the DC arrived.

- going for a walk outside. That really helped to lift my mood.

- having a nice nap in the afternoon.

- listening to my natal hypnotherapy CD. Usually linked to my daily nap grin
