Am 24 nearly 25 weeks. I've already put on nearly 6kg. I know my diet isn't as healthy as it could be, and I am liking sweet things a lot, and also really enjoying cheese, yogurts, strawberry milk (was dairy free for a long time due to bf). How can I halt some of the weight gain? Baby is probably only half a kilo if that! Have started to develop a bump, but still feel fat . I don't really want to diet but I know I need to do something..

i think i have put on too much weight but how can i stop eating so much?
