I would maybe wait a couple more days before ruling it out. Sometimes, the hormone isn't detectable for a number of days. Could you buy a more sensitive test? I found that the Clearblue digital was the best as it says whether you're pregnant or not, no grey area!

Take another test Wednesday. Bleeding as you describe not uncommon in early pregnancy. It could just have been stress causing change to period. Impossible to tell for sure without another test.

If you miss your next period or continue to get strange bleeding worth seeing doctor even if no positive pregnancy test.

It is normal to test neg two days after missed period

I've heard of women not getting a positive result until a week or more after they were expecting their period. Give it another day or 2 & take another test first thing in the morning. Good luck! All your symptoms do sound likely! Smile
