Anyone else get irritated really easily? I'm 22+5 and everything is irritating me. For exanple my partner breaking wind really noisily. It actually makes me want to punch him very hard in the face. Just little things really annoying me to the point of actual anger! Anyone else get this?

Yes yes....at least once a day sometimes more. I call it the rage. It is horrible, I can actually feel my blood boiling. For some reason it is usually directed at DH. Hoping it will pass in my third trimester.

Me too! I am 26 +2. My Dh licked his fingers the other night and it irritated me so much! Then this morning he took forever to put a letter in an envelope and I was again very irritated! Poor Dh, although he is pretty understanding!

Yes, definitely. Not so much with DP but I travel in London and get very irritated with commuters on the tube pushing me out the way on the stairs and barring me our the way to get to seats etc, in fact I have said things out loud and thought afterwards that I must have sounded like a total nutcase. It must be the hormones!

Yes! It comes and goes. Sometimes I am overwhelmed by how much I love him and am so excited about having his baby. Sometimes I actually have wanted to punch him. The worst was after the 12 week scan. We waited ages - like 1 1/2 hours in a small consulting room - to see the consultant. He drove me mad! I wanted to take my shoe off to have something to throw at him Hmm instead I chose to give him cash and go and buy us something to eat and drink instead. I find the best thing is to run away take myself off for a bit. It tends to pass quite quickly!

I'm 23 + 1 and noticed since the past week I've been really irritable. I really hope it goes soon!

I am the witch from Hell!!!

Irritated seems like an understatement. Poor DP can do nothing right and has threatened to go and live in the caravan... And that irritated me even more!!

He's trying to avoid me that much he's re-arranging the utility room at the moment!

I'm 20 weeks and the other day sat in silent fury as my partner was eating his toast too noisily, the crunch crunch crunch literally made my blood boil. I feel so sorry for him as he tries so hard to do everything to please me! The highlight of this week was my shrieking at him because the meal he prepared had too much garlic in it. I covered my nose melodramatically with a cloth and collapsed on the sofa complaining that he had no consideration for me at all and didn't think about my nausea etc when cooking (this after he had come home from work and slaved over a lovely meal). Luckily he is lovely, calm & rational so at least this baby will have one normal parent Smile

Yes, my boyfriend annoyed me in my dream last night and I have been unable to get over it all day.

I have gotten a little more rational actually, one time quite early on I cried for 2 hours because it was raining, we had no food in the house and I was hungry.

I try to internalise most of my fury...

I laughed when I started reading this thread. I thought it was just me!

My lovely dh has been annoying me so much lately. Glad to finally be able to understand that he hasn't changed. I'm just a hormonal cow. Lately, the way he sneezes gets on my nerves. When he coughs, I want to punch him. He's sitting here beside me on the couch now (drinking wine! Tease.) and has his top rolled up a little bit and his tummy is showing. I really want to pull his top down. Why??? Sure, not so long ago, I wanted to rip it off.

I am 38 weeks - Partner's snoring makes me want to hold a pillow over his face. At the moment I am completely unreasonable.
