Gender scans - Birmingham.

Anybody know where I can get a gender scan in Birmingham, also how much...

Had two scans for my detailed scan - 1 at 20 week, 1 today at 23+2, everything is fine except they could only give us an "I think" answer. (2 different sonographers at scans, same answer but I really want a 90% answer at least, instead of an unsure answer off hospital staff)
So recommendation please! X

Have you tried baby bond website? Put your postcode in & it tells your nearest centre, I think it's Solihull for Birmingham, also in Quinton (if you know that side of Birmingham) there is a 4D scanning centre but I don't know the name just what it looks like from the outside. Hiding out on here though if anyone else has better answers. Smile

There's a babybond in the MOthercare store at the Merry Hill centre - you could combine with pink or blue shopping right after your scan ;)

I had a baby bond scan to find out the sex (NHS told me a boy - turned out to be a girl).

You could try MUMS in Solihull. They're really very nice. I went there myself and think it was about £80 you also got a DVD of the baby too.

I had my babybonbd scan in Newcastle under lyme which isn't a bad run up the M6 from Brum, I paid £79 which included 5 printed off pictures in both 3 & 4D and a dvd with another 20 images on.

Hi we went to mums in Solihull for a gender scan at about 27 weeks. This was in 2010 and it was the first (and only) private scan I've had. It was a great positive experience. Would certainly recommend. Can't remember prices but they will be on their website.

Would not recommend mums in Solihull. I went there for a gender scan at 20 weeks, the consultant told me he had never been wrong in 15 years blah blah - said it was a girl.
Went for scan at nhs hospital a week later and sonographer there said it was a boy.
Boy was born 19 weeks later :)
