Flu jab affects?

I had it yesterday and this morning woke up exhausted, nauseous, stiff and abit achy.

Is this flu jab related or just another rubbish day to be pregnant?

Sounds like how I wake up most mornings! The only effect I got from the flu jab was a sore arm that I couldn't sleep on that night.
There are lots of bugs going around at the moment though, so you could be coming down with a cold or something.

It's very unlikely to be the jab - it's dead virus so doesn't cause an immune response the way live virus would.

I've had the same symptoms both times I've had the flu jab (both pregnant and not). It passes after a couple of days, stay in bed if you can. The good news is that the whooping cough vaccine just gave me an achy arm if you haven't already had it!

The NHS website confirms possible side effects: "The flu jab doesn?t cause flu as it doesn?t contain live viruses. However, you may experience side effects after having the jab, such as a temperature and aching muscles for a couple of days afterwards. Your arm may feel sore at the site where you were injected. More severe reactions are rare."
