6w-ish. Boobs feel like they are in vice or being squeezed by invisible hands. Also hot. :( i am aware this is nothing in comparison to symptoms that require hosptialisation, for example, but does anyone have any suggestions for making the girls feel a bit better?

Not just cooling but also savoy cabbage in particular has something special to it (don't know all the technical details) that draws out some of the excess milk - it's amazing! As for early pregnancy sore boobs... Could you try going up a cup size with new bra? Some people find increased support helps eg wearing a sleep bra at night whilst others find it more comfortable with more bra-free time. You'd just have to exeriment to see if either helps you. Cool cabbage leaves in bra or coolish damp flannel may help relieve the heat. Also, have you eaten any dates recently or raisins? I've found dates in particular make for increased soreness & raisins do this a bit too, so do avoid for now. Or perhaps another food may be having a negative effect. Could be worth keeping a food diary and see if there are any obvious links?

I'm 6/7 weeks and my boobs have been agony too. I'm 34FF and am now wearing 36G which is helping. I'm also wearing an M&S crop top style bra (come in packs of 2) overnight and am massaging them twice a day with bio oil.
Hope you find some relief!

Hmmm. I can see that a more supportive bra would be key for larger breasts, but at the moment mine are barely a B. :( got up to a D last pregnancy, but then deflated! Blush

I will see how they feel with a more supportive bra just in case.

Re cabbage: surprisingly i don't want to cool them down. Am thinking even a hot water bottle might be better-feeling... Because that usually helps with other achey parts.

Good for you scuba for doing bio oil. I should have last time--got a collection of stretch marks! Grin

I've had them from the begining too. When I am out in the cold they hurt so, so bad.

I find nothing relieves them at all, which is very unhelpful I know. Sometimes I just want to :( as they feel like someone is trying to hack them off.
