I'm the same. 14 weeks and I'm already so uncomfortable. From memory it does kind of ease off until you get really big and then you'll look back at this uncomfortableness and wonder what you were complaining about!

I had this starting at week 11. I find that Actimel, lots of water and an upped fruit intake has really helped. Also, I have to eat smaller portions but more frequently now as I can't stomach a normal sized meal and it makes me feel so full and uncomfortable.

anyone got any tips for how to combat bloating? I'm 14 weeks and sooooo uncomfortable all the time.
