The middle supposedly starts around 16-18 weeks I think. But I never 'glowed' or got extra energy at any point tbh and this is my third!

The tiredness never really goes but changes!! I found the bone crushing fall asleep BG 8pm of the first trimester improves after 12idh weeks. Still very tired next 13 weeks bug not the same, last 13 weeks just from lugging an extra few (or more in my case Blush) stone around and running after other children/working etc. then thd newborn fog, then the will you ever sleep through night when back at work...Grin

Had z lie in this morning, my dd dudn't wake up until 7.30am, her brother 7am. Yesterday he asked for cbeebies on it was ten to five Angry happy days!!!

I don't think I ever glowed and felt wonderful last time, but I felt normal and not bone shatteringly tired for a while! This just seems never ending, can't wait to feel awake for a whole day!

Can someone please just lie and say I am guaranteed to feel perfect in the next few days, because everyone feels perfect by 14 weeks!

I'm also much more emotional this time round. I cry easier and I'm much snappier! Is that normal? I can hear my husband taking deep breaths sometimes, and my 2 year old is hard work!

I'm 21 weeks and had been feeling fine from about 15 weeks (forgot I was pregnant type fine!) I have a horrid cold and my little lady is still on my bladder so up 2-5 times a night, but I am sure when I shrug this and she moves up a bit I will be fine. Certainly not going to run a marathon, but the early shitness is well gone.

I felt a lot more normal around 15/16 weeks; the sicky feeling subsided and I was a lot less tired. I'm 37 weeks now and it came back around 5 weeks ago - but I'm physically tired rather than crushed with exhaustion!

You have a 2 year old?

Then never. Sorry Grin

Actually I found it better after 4 months in but had to go to bed early. Some also say its easier with a newborn and toddler than pregnant and toddler. They lied.

I also have a two yr and now coming up to 6 months pregnant. I found first 12 weeks tough, then eased and by 14 weeks I was definintely in the glowing period and continue to l full of energy. Not saying it is guaranteed, but certainly it does happen for some.

I'm 16 plus 3, and still as exhausted as I was at 6 weeks. Constant nausea, anything vaguely aromatic has me heaving, constantly tired and grumpy looking, no appetite for anything from cheese sarnies, pizza or cheesy pasta. Feel yuk. Think I jinxed it by telling DH I would feel sooooo much better in the 2nd trimester. Have a me appt on Friday so will mention it then. But op I feel your pain Sad
