Everything to evict buba,

Ate 5 pineapples, I used to love pineapple, after 5 in one day i no longer care for pineapple (inserts sicky face)

Increased my RLT dosage 6 capsules a day, only effect is nausea (inserts another sicky face)

DTD , been on long walks, swept the yard, moved furniture alone, cleaned skirting boards, crawled on all fours, climbed up and down stairs sideways, ate curries so hot i've had a sweat on after the first mouthful.

And nothing, not even i twinge! pregnancy is so over rated and i just want to meet her now and eat pate on toast with a large red wine!

come on baby its time to leave the big momma house :)

Oh lord, you must be sick as a dog after all of that! I'm 39+1 and have been sitting on my arse on the sofa this week. Eating loads of choc and other unhealthy crap as well :)

And I bet the minute you stop all that and slob out on the sofa trying to get some last min rest, she'll make an appearance! Grin

That's exactly what happened to my sister, she was due to be induced the next day a she was overdue, she ate every fruit going, walking, dtd etc and when she stopped and tried to have a snooze on the sofa at my grandmas house her waters went!

I've been through labour twice already.

I'm 41 weeks today. Sick of being pg.

But let me assure you, the peace, quiet and rest is much easier to cope with than labour!! Grin

Enjoy the peace!!!

And good luck obviously Wink

Oooh I'm 39+6 today Twotumsellie :D

I've half-heartedly eaten some pineapple, been for vigorous walks every day (inducing massive asthma attacks which have lead to DH frantically running home for my forgotten inhaler, then gently berating me for being silly) and done some crazy dancing. Regular contractions most evenings but they peter out when it's time for bed.

I can't wait to meet this baby too - bring it on!

hi twotums wow 5 pineapples??? i love pineapple but it hurts my tongue after a few pieces!!!!

im 39+5 and i have done everything i can to evict this lil madam to no avail!!!

ive got horrendous back ache and have been kneeling up on my bed leaning over birthing ball all morning watching tv trying to relieve it!!! just wish things would kick off!!!! im so bloody bored - the house is spotelss (i nested all last week) and now have nothing to do, driving is too painful so stuck indoors with just my faithful choccie lab for company until the kids and dh come home!!!!

fingers x'd we all meet our bubbas sooner rather than later!!!!

Yep you definitely need to start doing some things that she could 'interrupt'. Go to the cinema, get your husband to drive you to the middle of nowhere and leave you to walk back (with a mobile of course - haha) and get stuck in traffic. Basically all the things you think 'God I hope she doesn't make her appearance now...' - do them. Grin
