Hi all

Basicly just wanna no how you stayed calm?!

Have ds 7.2 who has suspected adhd (yet to be diagnoised) and he is a very big handle full!
I am now 4+2 weeks pg and so very early days and these days are the most scary as anything could happen and am so nervous something will as had a very early mc last month.

Trying to not stress to much and keep calm as dont want to harm the baby but it is so hard and ds just doesnt listen to me and is constantly having to be told not to do things and so on.

How did you stay calm and stressless ??

Please help have just had to send him out with an older friend to the park next door and he has only just come home from school as when i was telling him of i had a slight pain in belly [scared
