Am I over reacting /ring midwife or EPU ?

I am 11 weeks and have been sick on and off for weeks now. Saturday was quite bad and couldn't keep food/drinks down, yesterday was a little better.

Yesterday I had a little brown spotting when I wiped after weeing (sorry tmi), I've had a tiny bit again this morning. During the night I had pain from right hip across tummy and today it's a nagging pulling pain and heavy feeling across (not really painful but I know it's there)

Am I worrying about nothing should I ring midwife or EPU what's your experience,

Thanks

Do ring the EPU or midwife. they are there to help and reassure. I have been very anxious with this pregnancy after 3 MCs and both have been fantastic. If you are worried ask. It doesn't sound like something to worry about too much to me but for your own wellbeing worth getting checked out. x

I'd give the MW a ring for reassurance if nothing else. I had some light bleeding at 19 weeks and was told to be worried about heavy building and proper pain. You might be having some round ligament pain which feels like stretching as you describe. Sorry to be personal, but have you had sex? That's what caused my light bleeding.

Give your MW a ring, can't hurt. Smile

Thank you I just feel like a hypochondriac sometimes and feel that I'm bothering people if you get what I mean.

Don't feel like that, they will be happy to help. Give them a ring and then report back! Grin

Give you mw a call, if not get in with your gp. I had similar and it was nothing to worry about, my mw wasn't available so I saw my gp and all was fine. Let us know how you are xx

Thank you all

Rang EPU as can be a nightmare contacting midwife. They were really nice and reassuring, I must have apologised 20 times for disturbing them. Just said not to worry but to ring straight away if colour of spotting changes or pain gets worse. Told me could be a number of things but does happen.

It was just a shock seeing the spotting yesterday and I panicked Blush

That's good they were supportive, any more spotting?
