Hey - apologies if this has come up before, but I'm around 4 months pregnant with my first so it's all a bit new and scary.
I've been having regular (every few minutes) stabbing pains in my bump today, sort of towards the back and inside. Ive had the odd pains before but this is more frequent. Just wondered if this was normal - could it be the round ligament pains I've heard about?
No blood though so hoping its not too serious but would really appreciate any thoughts/advice?
