Hello it's 7.15am I've been awake since 2. This has been going on for weeks now. I'm 35+4 have a 2 year old son. I'm not waking to pee ( yet) and I'm not uncomfortable I'm pretty sure it's anxiety related. I fall asleep no problem about 10.30pm but always wake between 2-3am. All I keep reading is its common in pregnancy and I'm like, well great il just wait until I've had the baby then sleep for weeks to catch up. The more the weeks are passing the more I'm panicking about what a wreck il be by d-day.
Any advice welcome
Thank you.

I had the same as you both times. Most recently had to work PT and look after manic DS1 who is 2.5yrs. Felt like I was totally losing it, surviving on 5 hours sleep a night from about 30 weeks. Became obsessive about counting up total hours per night. If you can snatch the odd hour during the day/early evening it really helps.

Baby is now a week old and still bloody knackered but at least breastfeeding hormones make you go back to sleep.

Sorry, no real advice but you have my full sympathy - it's fucking grim. Hang in there and good luck.
