Dull ache - lower right side of bump

Hi all

Watching out for every twinge at 38+1. Have had a dull ache on the lower right hand side of bump since last night, no idea what it is.

Does anyone have a clue what it could be? Doesn't feel like a limb digging in or anything.

sorry but that can sometimes be the cause,

ring the midwives or GP in the morning to put your mind at rest.
