We've all totally over indulged today.

Roast chicken, sweet and normal roast potatoes, brocolli, carrots, parsnips, 2 yorkshire puds, loads of gravy. GU choc pudding - two helpings of Blush

And by god my stomach aches, I wish I'd not eaten it all Hmm

I love my food, and can't wait to eat a massive portion again without the obligitory tummy ache.

Anyone else suffering from fat git syndrome tonight Grin

I did Friday night in a restaurant which I really regretted afterwards! My gluttony contributed to a hot sweatiness so I took my boots off then they wouldn't go back on! Had to walk out through the restaurant carrying my boots!

Was the best panna cotta though so worth it at the time!

Hi
Oh my god, I know what you mean, I ate today a massive breakfast, then had a Mcdonalds ( went to the gym , off set the Mcdonalds), then for tea I have just eaten chicken fried rice chips prawn crackers, spring roll. I feel like crap I can hardly move and feel like a bag of cement was added as filler. I have made note to self I cant eat the same volumes as before. I would have been full normal but Crap

I'm 32 weeks and it seems to get worse! We went for a carvery yesterday and I managed 1 roast potato, pathetic attempt!!
What annoys me is you think "right, I'm going to indulge a bit and enjoy my food" then you physically cant! Smile

I'm having this problem at 6.5 weeks! I have to eat fairly constantly to keep the nausea at bay but if I have too much that makes it worse not better. I have no desire to eat at all and i'm finding it hard to make healthy choices... but if I resort to eating crap I feel worse still (the thought of littleredmonkey's McDonalds and spring rolls is making me heave).
