Herbal/ Fruit Teas?

Can't seem to tolerate normal tea - do you drink any herbal/ fruit teas?

Does anyone have a list of what's safe/ not safe in pregnancy?

Thanks.

The only thing I know is to avoid Raspberry Leaf tea until you're near the end.

I might be wrong but I think you're supposed to avoid liquorice tea too.

Thanks both, I just got given a load of teas and having googled them it seems that most of them are potentially harmful in pregnancy. So confusing!

I think peppermint, camomile and ginger are all ok to drink, and the plain fruit ones, I hope so as they're the ones I've been drinking...

London company fruit teas are really nice, good and strong :)

All the normal ones you can buy in the supermarket are absolutely fine. They are just fruit infusions mostly and perfectly safe. I think the Raspberry and Echinacea ones are particularly tasty.

Stuff you might buy from a health food shop could potentially be different. But the Twinings/London company/own brand fruit infusions are just drinks, not medicinal supplements, and you can have as many as you like.

Stop googling stuff. That's my advice!

Good grief, what do you think they are going to do to you? All the supermarket ones are fine, they are mostly hibiscus and chamomile.
