So I've discovered some nevasic/morningwell iphone app that you listen to and is meant to relieve pregnancy nausea.

Anyone used it? Does it work? Should I buy?

Just about ready to try anything...

Well I downloaded it, so will report back. It's meant to work after 4 days. Although I have just listened to it twice, and I don't want to speak to soon but I poss feel a tiny bit better

I don't want to say it doesn't work because it might for some but I used it last time (on very bumpy bus journey to work) and found (like most morning sickness 'remedies') the thought of it made me feel worse in the end/queasy if I didn't already (can't go near anything with ginger in any more) - I think I just associated it with feeling rubbish. This time round nothing is working and I'm feeling very low and like a rubbish SAHM as I feel sick all day long and despite 12 hours of sleep a night have zero energy.

I hope it works for some of you though - morning sickness is the worst feeling ever!

Well I'm still trying with it. I tried last night and then promptly threw up. Am listening now though, and feeling a bit better. I think I am on my 4th day which is when it's meant to work. Who knows.

The confirmation that the sickness is indeed the worst thing even helped though Grin. I feel like such a wimp, but I just want it to let up for just a little while Sad. Have to say though one of my triggers is tea, so your name is not helping nicecupof... Wink
