Lumpy boobs?

A bit of a weird question but it has been bugging me for a while now.
With all the changes in our boobs due to pregnancy, has anybody else found that their boobs are getting lumpier?
I found a lump in my armpit about 2 months ago that has been coming and going all the time. At first I was coming down with a cold so Dr said it was just that. I feel fine now though and it is back again, bigger and more painful than ever. I also found another lump in my breast this morning in the shower.
I'm not sure if I'm looking for reassurance or a kick up the ass or what really. Does anyone have any wise words?

Sounds like milk ducts to me, but of course if you are ever concerned you should get checked out!

It was one of the first signs of my pregnancy this time, a tender and swollen milk duct, all became clear when I got my BFP and the same 'lump' appeared in almost the same area on my other boob! Grin

Thank you morethemerrier! This is my first baby and I hadn't even considered milk ducts. I'm 25 weeks actually and I know others due at the same time as me are already having their milk through so I don't know why I didn't think of it sooner. I'll mention it to my midwife when I next see her.
Thank you!
