pregnancy headaches, wheat's your remedy?

i'v just hit 13 week's and my sickness is begining to ease off now...thank god!! but it seem's to have cleared the way for headaches. my head is banging as soon as i wake up. dose anyone have a trick i can try to help? xx

Last time I found that Boots sell some cold patches that stick to your head, and they helped loads when there was no one to see them! I also found very cold, weak orange squash seemed to help (that was probably psychological though :o )

This time I've got terrible terrible migraines, so they're looking at giving me beta blockers :(

Try and drink loads of water regularly through the day. Also keep your blood sugar levels up - regular snacks in the day and have some crackers by your bed.

Forehead strips or the wipe on thingy - perfectly safe in pregnancy - also paracetamol are fine in pregnancy too. x x

The only thing that helped my awful blinding headaches was a big glass of fat coke and 2 paracetamol.

This was recommended to me by midwife friend, and really made me feel much better..
