In utero seizures?

Earlier today I had a strange feeling high in my bump that lasted for about 30 seconds. It felt as though the baby was shaking or vibrating violently. As it began to ease she kicked me 6 or 7 times very, very hard (possibly the hardest she ever has).
I phoned my midwife straight away and she told me to watch out for further movement. About 30 mins later I had some small movements but nothing since.
I'm obviously very concerned. The midwife told me to phone the hospital if I hadn't felt anything further by 6:30. I've tried everything that usually gets her jumping and nothing.
Has anyone else experienced this? I'm 21 weeks today.
I'm really terrified.

Nearly 1830, but def. go and get checked out at hospital, even if they're not worried, insist upon it. The worry alone is not worth it. 21 weeks is not too early to worry about a reduction of movement (I went in for a check at 21wks and everything was fine. LO was just nerfing palcenta which I could not feel or see at all).
Good luck xxx

Thank you, going to ring them now. Saw the other thread at the bottom of the page after I posted this so I'm hoping it is just baby stretching or nerve development or something. Fingers crossed!
Thanks for replying

Thank you ladies! I rang the hospital and they agreed with banana - all normal. Just the baby having a bit of a stretch. Huge weight off my shoulders!
Thank you both so much

Me too. 103 movements today. Beginning to think she's tunneling out through my bladder.
