I might be pregnant, I'm really scared

I've got so many signs of pregnancy but I'm so scared. I'm going to take a test soon but what should I expect if I am?

Because if I am, it's my first and cause I'm young, my partner isn't mature enough and I've not got a job :/

Not yet, i'm going to buy one asap. I've just got a gut feeling, so nauseated, cramping and spotting. Don't get me wrong, it would be amazing just scary stuff lol

Of course it's scary! Blimey I was 38 when I found out I was pregnant with my dd and I was terrified. Having said that she is the best thing that ever happened to me. I'm not sure I would have coped when I was younger though.

I really do want one, I know it would complete my life, eventhough I'm young. I'm just dead scared and don't know how to tell my parents/partner/friends.

He's 20, i mean yeah he probably would support me, he's just so darn childish and I have no idea how he'd cope.

I can talk to my mum, my siblings wouldn't understand. I just don't wanna say 'yea mum by the way I think i'm pregnant' :(

Try and talk to your Mum, yes she will probably hit the roof initially but you need to get some help sweetie. you are far too young to deal with this on your own

I have been in your situation, many moons ago. I didn't go through with the pregnancy and I didn't feel that I could speak to my mum about it. I was wrong :(

I hope you are okay, I have been there, it is scary, yes but if you bite the bullet and test you will at least be able to figure out wher to go from here.

I can talk to my mum about most things, i'm 17 next month so i'll nearly be 18 when I have the baby if i am, and she was 18 when she had her first child x

I think you know what you have to do. Get a test tomorrow and if you are talk to your Mum. Let us know how you get on, there is a wealth of support on here. Good luck lovely, I really hope it all works out for you xx

i was 17 when i got pregnant with my dd it was a terrifying experience, telling my mum was interesting. you will be fine if you are, first thing is to go get a test and see were you stand. talk to your mum though, be prepared for some tough love from people. they only want they best for you, doesnt mean they necessarily know what that is though. xxx

I would do the test before you speak to your Mum though just to make sure.

Do the test so you know what you're dealing with, and then have the conversation with your mum. Pregnancy is can be very daunting, and scary, and you need some you can trust and who will support you in a mature way through the ups and downs. And mum's can surprise you...they work in mysterious ways!!
