I'm a bit nervous. Saw consultant this morning as a routine follow up due to reduced movements 2 weeks ago. They said baby hasn't grown in 2 weeks and my amniotic fluid has reduced. I'm now sat in the hospital cafe, waiting for an appointment with another consultant who will decide whether to wait it out, or get get baby out sooner.
My section is booked for 39+4, I'm currently 35+5, and still at work. When I said to my consultant that I would need to ring work and tell them I'd be late back today, he said I won't be going back to work now.
Im now panicking as consultant has said my placenta is 'failing', so I want her out safe, if the next consultant tells me to incubate her for longer I think I'll go mad as I never feel 10 movements per day and I'll be even more worried now .
It's all happening so quickly...
