Is this a sign?

Been having irregular strong period cramps for last few weeks. Started feeling nauseous last night then slept for 10 hours (unheard of for me). Woke up this morning feeling lighter really queasy and absolutely shattered. Please tell me this is a sign things are about to kick off - full term and desperate!
