Help falling asleep at my desk!!

I'm 6 weeks pregnant and have realised I now wake up around 6.30 with loads of energy, however come 1pm and I'm finished! I'm not talking a normal amount of tiered I mean I'm sitting at work
Actuay ready to fall asleep head dropping forward and everything!
Any tips on increasing energy levels?

Usually exercise helps so I did a Zumba class at 8am today - apparently I no longer get energy from dance!

If u don't have tips some jokes will do - anything to keep me awake!

Blimey! Do you have to wake up at 6.30am and do Zumba before work?! I think I would struggle with that normally, never mind when pregnant!!

Not really got any tips, apart from I have eaten alot of sugary food to keep my energy levels up, but that has resulted in signficant weight gain, so I wouldn't necessarily recommend it!

Only one tip I can think of... I imagine you are limiting your caffeine intake but you are allowed a small amount so try having this with/after lunch but at no other time of the day just to help get you through. Or start work at 7am and leave at 1pm :o

Dont know many jokes but I can tell you it does get better (not joking, it really does), until you get to 31 weeks and then the tirdeness kicks in again....... but then your boss and everyone knows, plus you have the nice big bump so you can have a wee nap at your desk :)

If you drive to work then have a sleep in the car. I did this with DD and have been doing it this time. It's the only thing that gets me to 5 o'clock. Otherwise I have been known to lie on the floor of the disabled toilet and have a kip. Before I get flamed I work in a public building, every toilet we have is a disabled one, no ordinary ones so there are loads of them.

Glad to here things gets better and I'll wake up again!
Can't do caffine I have SVT - before pregnancy so don't have it in my diet normally anyway - I'm thinking nows not the best time to start having it but I need something!
