I have been getting this, and posted a similar post last week. Here's what people said Leg Cramps. I have been taking Magnesium and Calcium tablets for a few days which seems to be helping.

I know it sounds silly but eating bananas can help (also dates, apricots, grapes, and raisins) because they have lots of natural calcium and magnesium in them.

Drinking plenty of fluids can reduce the chances of getting a cramp (supposedly, it just makes me wee more!) as well as keeping your feet slightly elevated in bed by popping a pillow under them and gently stretching your legs and feet for 5-10 minutes before getting into bed.

If you've got a spare pair of hands there then get them to firmly rub the muscle, my DH does this for me and it really does loosen it back up, or you could soak it in a warm bath to ease it.

I've had cramps, and find that bananas are really helping! It's also noticeable if I don't eat one for a few days, like last night Hmm.
