Pain in abdomen

I've got pain like when you do too many sit ups and are sore, had it a few hours and it's stopping me sleeping.

Any ideas?

I'm only 8 weeks, so not sure if it's even pregnancy related, though god knows what else it could be.

I had funny pains like that in first trimester and dragging pains in my back horrid. If your worried call midwife xx
