I'm 21 weeks pg and have been having quite sharp stabbing pains inside my vagina, I'm not sure what this is or whether I should be worried.
Anyone having anything similar? Or knows what this might be? :)

Hi, I was about to start a thread about the same thing. I'm 23 weeks today and have throughout the day been having stabbing pains. I wouldn't say they were vaginal, but slightly higher up. They are sharp enough to make me whince. I don't remember getting these when I was pregnant with DD. Do you think all is ok? Sorry to gatecrash!!!!

Could be more of that lovely ligament growth/change/stretching?

Oh yes, totally remember the 'zingers'! You're sat watching TV and suddenly it's 'KAPOW'!

Think totally normal but quite painful and surprising.
