Am 30 +2, I just sneezed and had my first 'failure' of my pelvic floor muscles. I have been rather lax about doing the exercises, I think this is a sign that even though I am only 24, stuff is not as 'tight' down there as it should be!!!
Can anyone give any good info on what exercises to do, or any sites with them on?
