you poor love, its not uncommon, to bleed I did for a week when I was 13 weeks. Im sure its normal as you are not having any pain. I would keep an eye on it and relax and maybe see your doctor on monday.

Have you had your booking in appointment yet with your midwife? If you have or you have her number anyway then give her a ring to reassure yourself.

I agree with green and if you get anymore I would call the out of hours Dr to check you out. x

I would call the out of hours doc, the can put the process in place to refer you to the EPU for an early scan, if your area is anything like mine the earlier you get the request in the better! They will also advise if they think you need an early scan. I have had two pregnancies, one ending in mmc, and currently 31 weeks with twins and early bleeds with both.

Hope it all works out for you.

I spotted I think four times during early pregnancy and I am now 33 + 1 pregnant and my mother had it with all three of her children. If it is just spotting dont worry too much but if it increases I'd phone tbh.

I had a lot of bleeding and spotting early on and had a healthy baby. Call and get referred to EPU to get a scan. X

Thankyou all for your kind advice. DH came back from work and took me to a&e who were fantastic, gave us a room to ourselves straight away.

Dr came and said she is absolutely sure i haven't miscarried as my tummy felt nice and soft. She has referred me to EPU for an early scan Tuesday. I also have a bad water infection so am on anti-biotics. She said bleeding is very common at 10 weeks as the placenta attaches itself which can cause the bleed. Also got a cold so feeling very sorry for myself atm.

Feel a bit happier but will be alot happier when i see my baby on the screen Grin.

I had 3 bleeds during pregnancy and yes it is scarey, especially the first one (8 weeks for me) but it is very often ok. I have a very healthy dd. Hope all goes well for you

oh mini i know how you feel, i have had two MC and they are horrible beyond words, but as many ladies have said some women do bleed and everything is ok!! so things may be ok, but then again they may not you need to ring a midwife or go back to AnE they should send you for a scan so you will know either way. Fingers crossed for you i wish you all the very best xx

I've had that same scare last weekend (I'm 12 weeks now), went to A&E at King's... Try not to do that on a Friday to Saturday evening, it is atrocious! Although it took awhile to get seen everyone was very nice, especially the midwife that guided us through a very labyrinth like hospital, and the doctor that did the scan. Everything was fine!
I know how scary it can be, especially if it is a first pregnancy. No one prepares you for such a moment, but I'm glad to hear that you are fine :)

Have had several bleeds and was all ok. As others have said it is scary and get it checked out but doesn't always mean miscarriage.

Thankyou all so much it's so comforting to know others know how i feel and what may or may not happened. I rang shropdoc last night and got a very unsympathetic man dr who just said "hum yes it sounds like your having miscarriage but there is nothing we can do till morning"!!!!!!

So i'm still bleeding not alot mind and still no pain just a sick feeling which i think is anxiety i'm heading to the dr in a bit where app. they have to refer me for a scan straight away.

I'm trying to stay positive but OMG it's so hard. It's already our little baby so loved and wanted.
