Hello - stupid question and pretty sure I know the answer but...

Is it ok to munch on cough candy during pregnancy? I'm not exactly troughing down on it but have 2-3 bits a day and just wanted to check whatever it is that makes it like it is, is ok to have (iykwim!)

i ate it earlier in preg (now 33 + 1) and baby is a healthy squirming ball of energy.
