Today we went for a rescan on our babies heart. They told us that the pulmonary artery branches earlier then they expected it too. Inside the heart instead of as soon as it comes out. Apparently the rest of her heart/valves/plumbing looks perfect. The sonographer called in someone else and neither seemed to know what it was or if it would cause a problem. They asked the consultant who isn't a heart specialist who said to refer us. Were seeing a heart specialist in 2 weeks but have no idea how bad this could be. Does any one have any experience of this? Thanks
