HELP! How do I cope with such sore boobs?

I really need some help! My boobs have been unbelievably painful for weeks! I have dug out some of my bigger bras that are more comfy during the day, and bought a very attractive sleep bra for bed. But it's more the effect on my relationship I'm worried about! Haven't had sex for weeks because they are just so sore and any touching, fondling or extra bouncing is not welcome! Hubbie is trying to be understanding but can't really appreciate just how much they hurt. It hurt this morning just to have a towel touch my nipple after showering! I'm around 11 weeks.

Any advice for tackling the bedroom situation??? x

not very romantic but can you keep a bra on? if it's any consolation it should settle down soon.

Huni I totally understand the pain your going through and it isnt nice. When I was pregnant with my daughter my boobs felt like I had pins and needles in them and I was almost in tears with the pain at work (ive had a bob job and the pregnancy pain was far worse!!!)
The only thing I found that helped was wearing a good bra during the day and support bra at night, also I found having a nice warm bubble bath helped and letting my skin on my boobs dry naturally rather than rubbing with a towel.
As for the bedroom situation try to relax, maybe a nice massage to start things off and try avoid sex positions where your boobs are less likely to hang too freely, for example spooning worked best for me.
Promise you the pain does ease huni just hang on in there, Im currently 20weeks with baby number 2 so im living proof that it dosnt last the full 9months, if it did I wouldnt be having another 1 lol!! xxxxxxxx
