hi all, looking for some buddies who fancy having a little moan about aches and pains, annonymously, without boring DH or friends to death !!!

I am 24 weeks, i have recently "ripped a muscle" in my belly, have a bad back, bit of sciatica, spd coming on, wicked heartburn & headaches. And i am only 33 !!! dont know how i am gonna make it to the end with all my pains :-( & just want to feel fit & bouncy again !!!

Moan away! I am 22 weeks and done same damage to my muscles. Decide to lift some pots and made it worse so on sick leave and told to rest and take codeine. Can't wait to have the baby. Love baby but pregnancy is literally a pain.

Can I join in? I am 28+4. Am fed up of being told how much I will miss being pregnant. Ooh what will I miss most? Cramp, heart burn, really quite painful kicks in belly and ribs, needing the loo, boobs resting on my belly, aching hips.... I could go on. I am sure I will miss some bits but I am more keen on having the baby than thinking what I will miss. Also while ranting when you say you are tired or sore it would be nice to have sympathy not be told how much worse it will get - I do know it will get worse. Phew nice to vent (I do realise I am lucky to be pregnant though!)

I'm 29+1 and have had really itchy painful boobs for weeks, and have had to buy the next size up in shoes when my mum pointed out my feet were bulging out of what I hoped were going to be comfy flats to last me through the summer. When I mentioned this to one friend she said "oh yes, they do that" with great relish. Grr!

Add me to the heartburn and hip pain crowd and throw a congenital hip deformity in with that, and the doctor/midwife have been useless in terms of getting me any treatment, I've been waiting 4 weeks to see a physio now and still no sign of an appointment and can now barely hobble half a mile without the potential of crippling pain the rest of the day. I could go on but the for the sake of everyone's sanity will stop there! :D

Yay, I'd love a place I can come and moan! Grin

I'm only 20 weeks but already finding it really difficult to pick toys up off the floor, lift my boys to carry etc. Gawd knows what I'm going to be like when I'm huge.

When I sit forward my lungs are crushed and my stomach hurts right under my ribs. I can't sleep and the whole world already feels like it's falling out of my fanjo Shock !!

I do really love the kicking though Smile and the help you get from random strangers. I also love my boobs Grin so it's not all bad!

oh ladies, glad im not the only winger in the village ! We all realise we are lucky to be pregnant. Hence the fact i always feel guilty about letting rip & having a good old moan & mention everything in one go. I usually just mention one of the many when asked. Last night i told hubby, "midwife said it was a ripped muscle in my belly" he said "oh good" WTF......good i said, oh well i hope u rip a muscle this week!!! he said well at least its nothing serious !!!!!! sympathy is all i want, just a poor u, must be bad, etc etc. AS IF
seriously though, the ripped muscle just stings & burns when i move, i do hope it repairs?? she siad if pain no better in few more days go to labour ward?? what are they gonna do??? Got some serious rib pain too, baby is twanging my left rib, if i bend ever so slightly it takes my breath away, and its only supposed to be 1.5lb at this gesation, blimey, whats gonna happen in the coming weeks !!!
lets always add our plus point of the day, week, month @ the end of our comment just to remind ourselves !
plus point.......nice boobs Grin

Joining you in the whinge! 24 weeks tomorrow and will be so glad when this is over. At lease I have the probability that it'll be over quicker as I'm expecting twins, but the downside that I'm already enormous.

Fed up of:
Being permanently out of breath
Not being able to pick things up off the floor easily
Worrying about sleeping on my back but finding every other position difficult because one twin or the other will object depending on which side I'm on
Having to do everything at quarter speed
Sciatica
And all the "It'll get worse" etcetc comments.

But also know I'm lucky to be here after IVF...

Hello! 23+4 and I wake up every morning (on a super comfy mattress) feeling like I did a 10k the day before. I've bought some not very stylish but supportive shoes as all my normal shoes are making my sciatica and backache worse, but the bloody things are cutting up my feet, argh!
I'm feeling better than I did as at last I don't feel sick all the time, but it feels as though my body is falling apart! I'm now just keeping my fingers crossed that I don't start getting the migraines that I did with DS around this time...

Also 24 weeks and fed up with being out of breath, not getting more than 2 hours sleep at a time, sore back, dizziness, not being to able to lift stuff and taking nearly 40 minutes to walk ds a mile to school.

I love the boobs, hair and kicks though Smile and cannot wait to see my new boy!!

Waves at everyone!
24 weeks to, really achey and painy. Tired, short tempered, achey back, fed up. Don't remember being this tired last time, but I didn't have a nearly-3 year old last time.

Hi, also 24 weeks and also 33! Read ur original post deo and thought - have I got up in night and sleep posted under a new name?! To add to back pain, SPD/PGD (since week bloody 8 Angry), the not sleeping, all day exhaustion (without any DCs yet...), breathlessness and heartburn - I'm still throwing up on and off. Did a splendid one this morning after my Weetabix and had to clean the loo fast before it set like cement on toilet bowl, tears and snot running down my face. So glamorous and such a fun way to start the day. Then explaining it to GP who was worried as my BP was a bit raised at routine check this am Grin.

Plus points - baby not found my ribs yet, prefers my cervix... but did get to hear heart beat at checkup this am - happy happy!

Can I join? I feel like I've moaned my way through this pg. Poor dh must be sick of hearing it. With dd1 I had a few back probs but felt like I was glowing. This time we really want the baby but I would have happily skipped the pg part.

I'm now 29w+2 with ID twin girls and tbh I'm feeling the best I have all pg - the 16weeks of violent sickness that lasted all day was followed by various other things but now I'm just so tired and frustrated. I want the house to be clean but haven't the energy. I'm so glad I work in a school and break up when I'm 31w.

I look like I'm 40weeks already but have still got another 8weeks to go (they're being born at 37w). It's going to be a long summer!

2 weeks of term left Princess, my lot are in pieces already, squabbles and tears and am getting hort of patience. Am worried I will blub like a baby on my last day though as will really miss some of them and the school itself. Will be nice to be in more casual clothes for the summer though.

Love This! I love being pregnant but...

The sharp rib digs, he suddenly wakes up when I get comfortable in bed
Low BP so I can't physically DO anything (and wanting to) GRR!
I'm type 1 diabetic and was in tears yesterday as my insulin resistance is kicking in and throwing insulin at my sugars just wasn't doing anything, then a resulting massive low sugar 6 hours later!
The getting comfy and then you need the toilet. AGAIN!

BUT I love love love feeling him move, getting the nursery ready, buying the cute stuff. Nesting is fun, although due to low BP I'm getting really good at ordering DH and dad around to clean carpets, paint walls etc.
