...being pregnant. I know that sounds so smuggy smug but I'm absolutely bursting with happiness today! I feel great, am nearly half way (am 19 weeks), got a lovely bump showing, the sun is shining, and to top it all off my (ah, MY) baby is wriggling around this morning and giving me little flitters and flutters all over!

Yes, the first trimester is (and was for me) bloody rough; but SOOOOOOO worth it for every little flutter I can feel right now!

I love it.. I absolutely bloody love it!

Haha! Hurrah! I'm feeling a bit like this today! just over 20 weeks and had a god awful first trimester! Feeling much more like myself nowadays and my bump is starting to really show and wriggles/movements are so weird and lovely!! Got some match pots for the nursery over weekend and thats all very exciting! Just wish I didn't have to come to work really just couldn't give a rats arse about it! A ton of things I SHOULD be doing but just want to read things on mumsnet!!!!

Yay! I love it too! My first 16 weeks were a nightmare but funny how quickly you forget it once you feel a bit more normal. I've got low BP now which is a pain and stops me doing a lot but I wouldn't change it for anything! I love when baby kicks me back when i rub my stomach (29 weeks).

Although part of me is wondering why I planned this pregnancy through summer!

oh god I know! I just get so bloody hot!!! I like smiling and saying 'yes, I am' when people look quizzically at the bump and sticking my fingers in ears and shouting 'lalalala' when people start relaying horrendous birth stories to me. Grin

OH GOD DO SOME WORK!!! (shouted at myself)

HA! Yes I should also be doing some work and yet in fact just can't find any focus today. After such a wriggly day I think the baby has exhuasted itself and is spending the day sleeping... not a peep so far!

Roz - your nursery plans sound very exciting! We haven't even begun to think about the nursery yet, just want to get through the 20 week scan I guess first and then will be getting very excited!

As for this heat - oh my goodness....
