Gym Class (Body Balance) - When to stop?

During pregnancy with DD1 I was doing pregnancy Pilates, personal training and swimming right up to my due date. However, she was a small baby with little fluid around her. Am currently about 32 weeks with DC2, "average" sized baby and lots of fluid (so midwife tells me!) - pregnancy this time is definitely tougher as I am quite petite.

I've been going to my normal 'Body Balance' (tai chi/yoga/Pilates) gym classes but the instructor (who attended and taught it herself in pregnancy) seems to think I should be stopping the classes soon. I feel okay but am definitely reaching my limits now and can do less and less.

There was a thread back in March where another MN'er said she was 35 weeks and still attending the classes. My instructor says she will introduce the new release in a couple of weeks, and I don't see the point in starting to learn that.

I want to continue swimming for as long as possible, although the gym pool is a PITA when it's busy! But I also don't want to keep paying for the gym (will freeze my membership) if I'm not going to be able to make full use of it.

Am just wondering what others have done - how long did you keep up the exercise? Particularly second time or third time (etc.) around? Does anyone else do Body Balance and know anything about the new release?

Thanks in advance!
