pulled muscles- dangerous?

Hi,

I have just pulled my stomach muscles putting boxex/ creates of water & coke away at work

Its down each side of my stomach kind of near my ribs

I finish in 45 mins, so im going to make sure i just rest this afternoon, is it dangerous at all? or just one of them things
