Hi
I am 4 weeks 5 days pregnant with my 3rd child so I should be a pro @ this but I'm still a nervous wreck. I have an upset tummy, everything I eat comes out within about 5 mins & my back is really aching too. I've called nhs direct & just need 2 keep myself hydrated but I'm so scared. I miscarried last September @ 8 weeks so I'm afraid of a repeat of that.
Thank u 4 letting me vent x

Oh lovey, I'm at about the same stage with my second and I've got an achy back too. Just remember, your body is geared up to do this and will prioritise the baby over your comfort! So you might have the runs and feel crap but bubba is most likely very cosy inside you.

I get an upset tummy when I'm stressed - could that be what's happening to you??

Fingers crossed for you and carry on venting on here, it does help.

Hi, I had diarrhea from about 4/5 weeks and after weeks of worrying, it turned out I was lactose intolerant! Apparently lots of adults have it mildly and pregnancy can (thought doesn't always) worsen it so you notice symptoms including diarrhea, gas, bloating, nausea and even vomiting. Obviously, diarrhea can be caused by loads of things, so I don't know about you but it might be worth considering, even if you eliminate it. I also had mild backache -that could just be implantation pains. (I had a miscarriage in Jan and experienced back pain during that for the 1st time ever - never had it with normal periods. I didn't have any back ache with my first pregnancy but had it alot with this one).
