FALLING PROGESTERONE LEVELS

HI, I AM 8 WKS PREGNANT, I AM TAKING 10MG PREDNISOLONE ONCE A DAY, BABY ASPIRIN ONCE A DAY, CLEXANE 20MG INJECTIONS TWICE A DAY AND GESTONE 100MG INJECTION ONCE A DAY , SCAN AT 7 WKS SHOWED 2 BABIES, IN 2 SACS, ONE 9.7MM, THE OTHER 10.2MM, GOOD HEARTBEAT, BUT PROGESTERONE AT 184.4 (IT JUST TO BE BETWEEN 210 AND 250) BLOOD TEST AT 12NOON. I AM TAKING GESTONE INJECTIONS 1OOMG EVERY EVENING AT 9PM. SCAN TODAY-WEEK 8 SHOWED BOTH BABIES ARE FINE AGAIN, ONE BABY 16.2MM, THE OTHER 16.7MM, GOOD HEARTBEATS AGAIN, SO THEY KEEP ON GROWING, BUT MY PROGESTERONE FELL TO 160 BLOOD TEST DONE AT 11:3O, I AM GETTING REALLY WORRIED THAT I WILL MISCARRY AS MY PROGESTERONE KEEPS FALLING. THE OTHER BLOOD TESTS WERE DONE EARLIER IN THE MORNING AND THE ONLY OTHER TIME MY PROGESTERONE WAS 186 IT WAS AGAIN AROUND THE NOON, CAN THE TIME OF DAY HAVE ANYTHING TO DO WITH THE PROGESTERONE LEVELS (MAYBE GESTONE THAT I TAKE AT 9PM IS WEARING OFF BY MIDDAY THE NEXT DAY) ? DO YOU THINK THAT FALLING LEVELS OF PROGESTERONE INDICATE MISCARRIAGE? I WILL HAVE ANOTHER BLOOD TEST ON MONDAY, PROGESTERONE AND KILLER CELLS...
I AM VERY WORRIED THAT I'M GONNA LOOSE THEM, PLEASE COMMENT IF IN SIMILAR SITUATION OR IF YOU KNOW ANYTHING ABOUT FALLING PROGESTERONE LEVELS. THANKS

Firstly congrats on your pregnancy!

Have the drs mentioned anything about using progestrerone suppositries?

Thanks and thanks for answering, the gestone injections are progesterone, but yes, dr said if it keeps falling they will start me on cyclogest suppositries as well. I'm just hoping they will be ok, and that this is not a sign of miscarriage. worried sick...

Hello, I had mine done also and I'm having twins!! I was told they are constantly up and down there not Like hcg at all where they continue to rise.

I've also heard that your levels can swing around quite a lot and it doesn't necessarily mean doom.

Oh girls, thank you so much! And congrats xkatyx!!!!! It's sooooooooo exciting expecting twins, isn't it? Both me and hubby were really hoping to get twins!!!!! Hope everything goes well!!!!!! I was on a similar protocol to you but had an additional 400mg x 2 cyclogest. If you're still concerned, ask for some as I don't think it can do any harm. Mine went up and down both cycles, first one was a singleton, second was twins!
