Pregnancy Yoga in Kensington/London

Just wondering if anyone has any recommendations of good pregnancy yoga classes in Kensington or nearby? The only ones I can find e.g. Life Centre in Notting Hill are during the day, not very helpful for working mums-to-be!

Any advice appreciated as I really want to do some ante-natal exercise - can't believe how hard it is to find classes, even my gym only do pregnancy classes during the day!

Thanks

The Iyengar Yoga Institute does pregnancy classes on Sunday afternoons. They're based in Maida Vale which sadly is too far for me to travel but maybe works for you?

Can you make it to the Light Centre in Victoria, 5:30 on Monday plus they have excellent pregnancy pilates Thursday 5:30. Both classes I would highly recommend.

AllyZ - the timing is great too - meant I always left work at 5:15. The pilates sorted my back out massively, and am now 38 weeks with less back issues than when I was 20 weeks.

The yoga is quite active, but surprisingly do-able, even when heavily pregnant.

Enjoy!
