Stretching and aches!

Morning
Just want to check if anyone else isexperiencing this weird sensation I am! I'm 17 weeks and 5 days and for the last couple of days have been experiencing mild lower stomach pain? I guess it's things getting bigger but wanted to check?

Also if I stretch when a sleep I can feel myself pulling inside ? Is this normal?

I have that at the moment (19 weeks)

I was doubled over in pain. Dr first thought it might be a UTI (urinary tract infection) which needs to be treated with antibiotics because they can cause contractions which can lead to miscarriage or premature labour.

But my lab results came back negative so Dr says my stomach pain is growing pain.

I've been signed off work in order to rest.

As for stretching and pulling I think that is very common as everything is relaxing in order to expand so it can feel like you're pulling something.
